  • We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, update, or permanently deprecate any subdomains, endpoints, or features without prior notification to optimize global cluster bandwidth.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as open-source code licensed under MIT, Apache, or GNU), all native contents hosted on nyxiris.xyz —including but not limited to source code snippets, specialized algorithms, graphic design logos, vector assets, and written documentations—are the exclusive intellectual property of Nyxiris.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When interacting with our public subdomains, APIs, or interfaces, you explicitly agree not to:
